Columbina is an off-field Hydro Sub-DPS and she provides universal Lunar Reactions, she is also able to provide persistant Hydro application, personal Lunar Reaction damage, and powerful teamwide Lunar Reaction buffs across Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Bloom, and Lunar-Crystallize teams.
