Effective 5 October 2026.
This page says what Oratrix (oratrix.net) and its Discord bot collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: the site stores public in-game showcase data for any UID someone looks up, a minimal account if you sign in, and what you do while signed in. It uses no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party cookies, and it never sells data.
When anyone submits a UID, the site asks Enka.Network for that account's public Character Showcase and stores what comes back: nickname, signature, adventure rank and world level, namecard and profile picture, achievement count, Spiral Abyss, Imaginarium Theater and Stygian Onslaught records, and each showcased character with its level, constellations, talents, weapon, artifacts and stats. Each import is kept as a dated snapshot, so a build's history survives later refreshes.
All of this is data the game publishes to every other player who views your profile. It is not linked to any Oratrix account unless you prove the UID is yours. It is kept indefinitely, because rankings are built from it, unless you ask for it to be deleted.
If you sign in, Oratrix stores the name of the provider (Discord or Google), the opaque user id that provider assigns you, the display name and avatar picture address it supplies, a handle derived from that name, and when the account was created. It stores no password and no email address. Google supplies your email during sign-in; the site only uses it to make a display name if Google gives no name, and does not keep it.
While signed in, the site records what you do on it: proposals, votes, comments, reports you file, UIDs you bookmark and the last eight you viewed, ownership claims and their outcome, how you arrange your showcase, and any moderation actions taken on or by your account.
If you link a Patreon account, the site stores your Patreon user id, whether Patreon reports you as an active supporter of Oratrix, and when that was last confirmed. It keeps no Patreon token, email address or pledge amount. Patreon sends the site a notice when a membership starts, changes or ends, so the supporter flag stays correct. Supporters are shown with a gold frame on their profile and player pages; you can switch the frame off on your profile, and unlinking removes the Patreon id and the flag. An admin may also mark your account a beta tester, a flag stored on the account that gives the same early access and a blue frame; granting or revoking it is recorded in the moderation log, and the same switch hides the frame.
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to rate-limit imports and sign-in attempts, and appears in the hosting provider's request logs, which are kept for a short period under that provider's policy. The site does not build profiles from this.
The bot receives the slash command you send and the UID in it, fetches the picture from the site, and posts it in the channel. It does not read other messages, and it stores nothing: not your Discord user id, not the command, not the picture. The site sees the request the same way it sees a visit to the profile page, coming from the bot's server address rather than yours.
Requests are handled within 30 days. To verify a request about a UID, you may be asked to place a code in your in-game signature, the same way ownership is proved on the site.
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly keep an account for one. If you believe it has, contact the owner and it will be removed.
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
