Terms of service

Effective 5 October 2026.

Oratrix (oratrix.net) is a community site that ranks Genshin Impact character builds by criteria its users vote on. It is run by an individual. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to HoYoverse, COGNOSPHERE, or Enka.Network. Game names, characters and artwork belong to their owners. By using the site or its Discord bot you agree to these terms.

What the site does

You give the site a game UID. The site reads that account's public in-game Character Showcase through Enka.Network, stores the builds it finds, and scores them against criteria that signed-in users propose and vote on. Anyone may look up any UID: the showcase is data the game itself publishes to every other player, and Oratrix shows nothing the game does not.

Accounts

• You sign in with Discord or Google. Oratrix stores no password; see the privacy policy for what it does store.
• You must meet the minimum age required by the provider you sign in with, and be at least 13. The site is not directed at children.
• You are responsible for what is done from your account.
• Linking a Patreon account is optional. Active supporters get a supporter frame and early access to features in beta, which are also open to admins and to beta testers, accounts an admin has invited to try features early. These are a thank-you, not a purchased service: they may change, and a beta feature may be withdrawn or opened to everyone. Cancelling on Patreon ends them without affecting your account.
• Proving that a UID is yours means placing a code the site gives you in your in-game signature for a few minutes. Nobody at Oratrix ever handles your HoYoverse credentials, and you should never share them with anyone claiming to act for the site.

What you post

Signed-in users write proposal titles and blurbs, scoring documents, and comments. You keep whatever rights you have in what you write. You grant Oratrix a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it as part of the site, including after you delete your account where others have voted on it or it has become a live leaderboard.

Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to post. Do not impersonate anyone. Text is checked automatically and by moderators; content may be hidden and accounts banned without notice. A banned account can still sign in and read.

Ratified criteria

When a ballot closes, the winning scoring document becomes a leaderboard exactly as written, credited to its author. Ratified documents are never edited; a change is a new ballot. Submitting a proposal means accepting that it may be ratified and displayed indefinitely in that form.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site or crawl UIDs through it. Imports are for accounts a person actually wants to see.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, moderation, or the ownership check.
• Do not use the site or the bot to harass a player over their builds or standing.
• Automated access other than the official Discord bot needs the owner's agreement first.

Your game data

If you do not want your showcase on Oratrix, switch off "Show Character Details" in the game's profile settings and refresh your UID on the site; the stored builds are then no longer public in the game and the site will stop showing new ones. You can also ask for stored data about your UID to be deleted; see the privacy policy.

The Discord bot

The Oratrix bot answers a slash command with a picture of a UID's showcase and a link to the profile page. It posts only into servers whose administrators have invited it, and it is subject to these terms as well as Discord's own. Server administrators may remove it at any time.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Scores and rankings are the product of community-voted criteria, not an authoritative measure of anything. Player data depends on Enka.Network and on the game; after a game update the site may be unable to import for some hours. The site may change, pause or close at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Oratrix and its owner are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, and total liability to you is limited to nothing, since the site is free.

Changes to these terms

Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
