How to build

Ineffa serves as an off-field Electro Sub-DPS and Lunar-Charged enabler who provides strong personal reaction damage, persistent Electro application, shielding, and teamwide Lunar-Charged and EM support.

Ineffa's Lunar-Charged damage scales with ATK, CRIT, and EM, but ATK has exceptional value because it also strengthens her shield, EM buff, and teamwide Lunar-Charged Base DMG Bonus. Reaching 2,000 ATK maximizes her Moonsign passive and her C1 buff when unlocked. Additionally ATK over 2,000 continues improving her personal damage and support.

Aubade of Morningstar and Moon is going to be Ineffa's preferred Sub-DPS set, maximizing her off-field Lunar-Charged damage, while Silken Moon's Serenade trades some personal damage for stronger team support. ATK% is generally preferred over EM because it strengthens both Ineffa's personal damage and her supportive effects moreso.
